High End New Home Owners Demand Outdoor Living Retreat!

30355807 Hasentree, Raleigh’s only residential resort golf community, had its grand opening in the spring of ’06. With its Tom Fazio-designed Championship golf course nestled among the mature woodlands presents a 7000 yard layout offering five separate tees for players of all skill levels, and caters to the discerning families who enjoy the outdoors. Several of their select builders have told me that the main emphasis in purchasers’ design request is for the outdoor space to be equal in luxury to their lifestyle.
