Certainly a piece of paper doesn't make a luxury agent - nor does a luxury agent need to have a certification to be successful. That doesn't mean, however, that we can't all learn more - other ways to present information, new demographic information, more compelling pricing strategies. If an agent has the experience, the connections, the ability and continuing education, isn't that even better for the client?

At the Luxury Conclave at Dana Point, I enjoyed listening to Robert Frank, and knowing some of the contents of his book months before it was published. Could I have continued doing luxury business without it? Of course. Nonetheless, it was nice to hear when I did.
