I f you have an iPad you already know that the only way to transfer files is by using the cloud. There are no USB ports to upload files. Until now, the best solution was Dropbox. While I love Dropbox, it is not set up for the real estate industry.
Cartavi is not only the real estate alternative to Dropbox, it is a full blown transaction tracking platform as well. Furthermore, it's much easier to use than Dropbox since the application doesn't make you duplicate files each time that you post to a new person. Instead, you put all the people in your transaction in a "transaction room" where you can control exactly who sees what documents.
Cartavi allows you to access all of your files from all of your devices (including your smart phone) without having to be tethered to a computer. Cartavi not only provides document storage like Dropbox does, it also provides you with the ability to send your documents by fax, archive your documents, and to create “transaction rooms” where you can share transaction data. This is a great way to cut down on the paperwork as well as to reduce wasted time and energy spent driving documents back and forth between the parties in the transaction.
The system also notifies you when your clients have accessed documents, providing a digital paper trail for the entire transaction. This allows you to respond to questions and issues in a more timely matter.
Having a system of this caliber is critical if you are a luxury agent. Since Cartavi is brand new, it provides you with a way to really impress your luxury clients as well as their picky CPAs and attorneys.
The free version of Cartavi includes up to 1 GB of storage space and three unbranded transaction rooms. If you want your transaction rooms branded with your firm’s information and up to 10GB of storage, the fee is $99.00 per year.
Thanks to Glenn Shimkus the founder and CEO of Cartavi, we also have a promo recoach1 that lets you use the system for only $8.50 per month or $90 per year if you want the premium version branded to your company or team. When you see how much time Cartavi saves you, it is well worth the small investment. In fact, having your own e-fax will save you $90 per year.
To begin using this code all one will need to do is go to Cartavi.com and remember to use recoach1 if you are upgrading to the premium system rather than using the free system.
